I had high hopes for this resort spa, especially because of the promise of a river view and some nice amenities. Unfortunately, the reality was pretty disappointing. The room turned out to be much smaller than I'd expected, and the overall service during my stay felt disorganized and subpar. The location is nice with river views, but the experience left much to be desired, especially with the chaotic breakfast setup and noisy guests.

I had a fabulous stay at Crowne Plaza! The room was spacious and clean, offering a lovely side view of the river. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted us with a smile. However, it would have been great if the decor was more modern, and I noticed the dining options could use a bit more variety for breakfast. Overall, I felt it was great value for the price we paid and I would absolutely come back.
